Built for Franklin, Built for Highlands
Macon County isn't one-size-fits-all, and neither is our service. Here's how Fisher Dumpster Services supports the different corners of the county — from downtown Franklin to the Highlands plateau and everywhere along the way.
Franklin: Residential & Commercial Hauling
Franklin is the hub of Macon County, and we keep up with everything from kitchen remodels and garage cleanouts to retail buildouts along Main Street and East Palmer. Whether you're a homeowner tackling a weekend project or a contractor running several jobs at once, we drop a roll-off container where you need it and swap it out fast when you're ready for the next one.
Highlands: Luxury Estate Renovations & Custom Builds
Highlands is home to some of the most demanding renovation and new-construction work in the region — luxury estate remodels, high-end landscaping overhauls, and custom home builds that generate a steady stream of debris. We work with builders and property managers across the Highlands plateau, delivering containers that fit tight mountain driveways without disrupting the property's curb appeal.
US-441 / US-64 Mountain Logistics Readiness
Macon County's terrain means getting a dumpster to your door isn't always a straight shot. Our drivers know the switchbacks, grades, and seasonal conditions along US-441 and US-64 corridor from Franklin up to Highlands and out toward Scaly Mountain and Nantahala — so when you call, we already know how to get there and get it done.

Careful Placement, Every Delivery
Whether you're on pavement in downtown Franklin or a gravel lane up in the mountains outside Highlands, we treat your property like it's our own. Here's how we protect your surface every time we drop a container.
Asphalt & Paved Driveways
We use wood or rubber blocking under the container's rails on every asphalt delivery, especially in warmer weather when pavement softens. It's a small step that prevents cracking, scuffing, or indentation — and keeps your driveway looking the way it did before we arrived.
Pavers & Decorative Surfaces
Highlands estate properties often have paver courtyards, stamped concrete, or decorative hardscaping near the drop zone. Our drivers take extra time to assess placement and use protective boards so the roll-off never sits directly on a surface that could chip or shift under weight.
Mountain Gravel Paths & Rural Access
Plenty of Macon County driveways are gravel, graded dirt, or steep mountain lanes — common around Scaly Mountain, Otto, and Nantahala. Our drivers know how to position the truck and container to avoid rutting, erosion, or shifting your gravel bed, even on grade.
Let us know about your surface type and access when you book — tight gravel lanes, narrow bridges, and steep grades are common across Macon County, and our drivers plan the placement in advance.

Hear from your neighbors across Franklin, Highlands, Scaly Mountain, Otto, and Nantahala about their experience booking a roll-off with Fisher Dumpster Services.
"We redid our kitchen and the old garage off Main Street, and Fisher had a 10-yard dumpster to us the next morning. No hidden fees, no surprises on the final bill — just straightforward pricing like they promised on the phone."
Carol H.
Franklin, NC
Kitchen & Garage Remodel"We're a builder working several custom home projects up on the Highlands plateau. Fisher's drivers know how to get a 30-yard container up our steep gravel driveways without tearing anything up. That matters a lot to our clients."
Greg T.
Highlands, NC
Custom Home Construction"Our access road is narrow and graded dirt the whole way up. We were worried a dumpster truck couldn't make it, but Fisher's driver handled it like it was nothing. Careful placement, no rutting in our yard at all."
Donna & Rick P.
Scaly Mountain, NC
Estate Cleanout"Roofing crew needed a dumpster fast after a job ran long. Called Fisher in the morning, had a 20-yard container by early afternoon. Upfront flat rate, no surcharges tacked on later. That's rare these days."
Mike S.
Otto, NC
Roofing Project"We're pretty remote out here near the gorge, and I wasn't sure anyone would want to make the drive. Fisher didn't hesitate, got us a container on schedule, and the whole process was easy from booking to pickup."
Linda B.
Nantahala, NC
Property Cleanup"Contractor on our remodel recommended Fisher, and now we recommend them too. Punctual delivery, punctual pickup, and they told us the weight allowance upfront so there were zero surprises on the invoice."
